The Inspire Internship is a six-month leadership development program designed to help interns grow spiritually, personally, and professionally while serving in the life of Inspire Church. Interns gain hands-on ministry experience by serving in one of several ministry areas, including Worship, Youth, Kids, Creative, Production, Communications, Administration, Outreach, and Guest Services, while receiving mentorship from church staff and leaders. The program combines practical ministry experience with leadership training, weekly assignments, devotionals, and biblical study to develop both character and competency. Throughout the internship, participants learn how to lead, serve, communicate, and work effectively within a healthy church culture. By the end of the program, interns leave with valuable ministry experience, stronger leadership skills, meaningful relationships, and a clearer understanding of their God-given calling and purpose.
